Need to sell your damaged or non-running car for cash today? Get a same day payment with free collection, paperwork handled and fair offers across South Africa.
If your car has been in an accident, stopped running, or is beyond economical repair, waiting days or weeks to sell can be stressful and costly. At Sell Your Damaged Car, we specialise in buying damaged vehicles online with a transparent process - and we pay out on the same day as collection. Serving Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban and all of South Africa, our service is tailored for vehicle owners looking to convert unwanted, broken, or written-off cars into cash quickly and safely.
| Damage Type | Typical Offer Impact (%) | SA Example |
|---|---|---|
| Minor accident/fender bender | 15-25% below trade-in | R60,000 (if undamaged) -> R48,000-R51,000 |
| Major accident (written off) | 40-60% below trade-in | R100,000 (if undamaged) -> R40,000-R60,000 |
| Non-runner/mechanical | 30-50% below trade-in | Varies by model and defect |
Offers depend on make, year, extent of damage, and parts/salvage demand. Accurate photos and honest details maximise transparency and a fair offer.
Our same day payment process is designed for speed and safety. Once you accept our online offer, we arrange collection at your home or business, with free towing included. At handover, paperwork (including deregistration forms if needed) is finalised and you receive your payment directly via instant EFT, confirmed before our team departs. This means you never need to worry about delayed transfers or sale disputes.
Once we've collected your car and payments are processed, our team completes the legal deregistration with licensing authorities, and you're free of future liabilities. The vehicle enters the salvage process, either stripped for spares or resold where legal and appropriate. Our full-service approach means you can move on with cash for your next step, minus the admin and delays.
Need a tow? We got you
Get a cash offer within 24h!
Somewhere remote? No problem!
Wondering how we calculate your car’s value? At Sell Your Damaged Car, we look at: Your car’s real condition, its salvage value, and the current market demand. It’s all about honesty, transparency, and fairness — that’s how we determine your offer.
