Sell your storm-damaged car in the Western Cape. Free towing, paperwork handled and fast payment. Get an obligation-free cash offer for Cape Town and surrounds.
We Buy Storm-Damaged Cars
Any condition accepted across Cape Town and the Western Cape.
Free Towing & Paperwork
We arrange collection, handle deregistration and fast payment.
Quick Online Valuation
Upload photos and details for a competitive, obligation-free offer.
If your vehicle was damaged in a storm - hail, fallen trees, flooding or wind damage - Sell Your Damaged Car buys vehicles across the Western Cape including Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Paarl, George and surrounding areas. We purchase storm-damaged, written-off or non-running cars and handle free towing, paperwork and payment so owners can convert an unusable vehicle into cash quickly.
Storm damage affects vehicles differently: cosmetic dents from hail, shattered glass, water ingress, electrical faults or structural damage from fallen objects. Selling to a specialist buyer saves you time, avoids storage costs and reduces the risk of degrading condition. We cover the whole Western Cape and arrange collection at your address.
| Damage type | Typical effect on offers |
|---|---|
| Minor hail & dents | Lower impact if mechanical and electrical systems are intact |
| Glass & interior water ingress | Can reduce offers due to mould and electrical repairs |
| Structural or frame damage | Significantly affects valuation; often classified as written-off |
| Complete flood loss | Offers reflect salvage value; engines/electrics often unsalvageable |
Repair and salvage outcomes vary. As an illustration only: minor dent repairs in the Western Cape can cost from around R2 000 to R15 000 depending on extent; more severe structural or flood repairs frequently exceed those amounts. These figures are estimates to help decision-making and are not offers or guarantees. For a fast valuation, submit storm-damage photos to our Sell Damaged Cars page and receive an obligation-free response.
To understand our overall process and company background, see our How it works overview. That page explains valuations, collection logistics and security checks used across South Africa.
Once you accept, we confirm collection time, complete the required transfer/deregistration paperwork and arrange towing at no cost. Payment is released and verified promptly after collection and document checks. If the vehicle is under finance, we assist by liaising with the finance provider to ensure correct settlement and title transfer - bring your settlement details so we can complete this smoothly.
In many Western Cape storm cases, repair times and costs rise quickly (parts lead times, bodyshop queues after major weather events). Selling to a specialist avoids those delays and storage risks. If you want to compare options for non-running vehicles, our Sell Non-Running Car resource explains when sale is preferable to repair.
Upload vehicle details and photos now to get a fast, obligation-free cash offer. Use our online form to get your free quote, confirm collection and receive near-instant payment after pickup. We serve private owners and small business fleets across the Western Cape and nationwide.
