Sell your burnt-out or fire-damaged car quickly. Get a transparent cash offer, free nationwide towing, paperwork help and fast payment across South Africa.
If your vehicle has fire damage or is burnt-out, finding a buyer who understands salvage and deregistration in South Africa can be slow and stressful. We buy burnt-out cars in any condition, arrange free nationwide towing, take care of the paperwork and provide fast payment once the vehicle is collected.
We purchase burnt-out and fire-damaged vehicles from private owners and small business fleets across Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and surrounding areas. Typical situations include engine bay fires, interior fires, or total loss due to blaze; whether the car is non-running, written-off by insurers, or simply not worth repairing, selling a burnt-out car without hassle is possible.
Offers for burnt-out cars depend on the vehicle's make, model year, remaining salvageable parts, and the extent of fire damage. Market demand for salvage parts (engines, wiring harnesses, body panels) and scrap metal prices in South Africa influence valuations. We provide transparent offers based on this information and clear photos you upload.
| Damage Type | Typical Offer Impact |
|---|---|
| Minor interior fire (isolated) | Lower reduction; some mechanical parts may retain value |
| Engine bay fire | Significant reduction; wiring and engine often compromised |
| Total burn/structural damage | Offer based mainly on scrap value and any salvageable components |
Salvage demand varies by region - parts for popular models in Gauteng or Western Cape often command higher demand than rarer models. All currency examples in this article use R and are illustrative estimates only.
Once you accept the offer and we collect the vehicle, payment is released and verified promptly. We assist with deregistration guidance and provide copies of sale documentation for your records. For fleet owners, we can coordinate bulk collections and paperwork to minimise administrative burden.
