| Damage Type | How it affects offers |
|---|---|
| Structural/Frame damage | Significantly reduces repair value; salvage demand depends on parts condition. |
| Mechanical failure (non-running) | Offers reflect cost to recover drivetrain or parts resale potential. |
| Flood damage | High impact on offers; electrical and interior components are evaluated closely. |
| Cosmetic/limited accident | Smaller impact; parts and repairability influence the offer. |
Each S-Presso is unique. We encourage owners to send clear photos and honest descriptions - accurate info speeds up valuation and avoids surprises at collection.
We work with owners and small fleets, and when a vehicle is under finance we liaise with the lender to close the account correctly. If you want to know more about handling finance accounts, mention it in your submission and our team will guide you.
