Sell your storm-damaged car online in Durban. Get a transparent cash offer, free towing across Durban and quick payment - paperwork handled for you.
Any Condition Accepted
We buy storm-damaged, flood-affected and non-running vehicles across Durban.
Free Towing in Durban
We arrange collection from your address with no towing fees.
Paperwork & Fast Payment
We handle deregistration and release payment quickly after collection.
Severe weather - hail, flooding, fallen trees and wind damage - can leave vehicles unsafe or uneconomic to repair. If you need to sell a storm-damaged car online in Durban, choosing a service that buys any condition, handles paperwork and arranges free towing removes the logistics and cost of private sale or complex repairs.
We purchase vehicles affected by storm damage (hail dents, water ingress, tree/roof impact), as well as cars with related electrical faults, interior water damage or non-running engines. Whether the vehicle is written off by your insurer or not, we provide a fair, transparent cash offer and manage collection across Durban, Durban North, Umlazi, Pinetown and neighbouring areas.
| Typical Storm Damage | Estimated Repair Cost (R) | Value Likely Retained After Repair |
|---|---|---|
| Hail dents (panels only) | R5,000-R25,000 (depending on size) | Often 60-85% of pre-damage value |
| Flood/water ingress | R10,000-R80,000+ (electronics, interior, engine) | Frequently below 50% of pre-damage value |
| Tree/roof impact | R8,000-R60,000 (structural vs cosmetic) | Varies widely; structural damage reduces value significantly |
These ranges are illustrative for South Africa and will vary by make, model and age. For many storm-damaged vehicles, selling directly can avoid costly repairs that may not restore full market value. If you want to learn more about selling non-running cars, see our Sell Non-Running Car guidance.
To understand the full process and company background, review our How it works page which explains valuation methods and collection logistics in detail.
Start by uploading photos (exterior, interior, engine bay) and brief descriptions of storm-related damage using our quick online form. The form is optimised so Durban sellers can upload vehicle details in minutes from a phone or computer.
We evaluate condition, local salvage demand in KwaZulu-Natal and market values to provide a competitive cash offer. Offers are obligation-free and based on visible damage, mechanical status and vehicle data. If your car is under finance, we explain how settlements work and assist with lender pay-outs and documentation.
Once you accept the offer we arrange free towing from your Durban address and complete required paperwork, including deregistration steps where applicable. For details on selling damaged vehicles specifically, see our Sell Damaged Cars page.
We collect the vehicle at the agreed time, confirm the paperwork and release a fast payment directly to your nominated bank account. Payment timing is near-instant after collection verification; exact timing depends on bank processing.
We serve Durban and wider KZN including Durban Harbour suburbs and inland areas. Our service includes free towing, administrative handling (deregistration and transfer) and transparent offers based on visible condition and salvage market trends. For background on how valuation and collection are handled, visit our About / How it works page.
Start by visiting our homepage to upload vehicle details and get your free quote. If you accept, we arrange free towing, manage paperwork and ensure fast payment so you can move on without repair hassles.
