Sell your storm-damaged or scrap car in Bloemfontein. Get a competitive cash offer, free nationwide towing, paperwork help and fast payment from Sell Your Damaged Car.
Free Towing in Bloemfontein
We collect storm-damaged or scrap cars anywhere in Bloemfontein at no cost.
Paperwork & Deregistration Help
We assist with transfer forms and finance coordination where needed.
Fast, Transparent Offers
Receive a competitive cash offer based on condition and local salvage demand.
If your vehicle was damaged in a storm, flooded, bent beyond economical repair or is effectively scrap, Sell Your Damaged Car buys cars in any condition. We provide a simple online valuation, free towing across South Africa, help with deregistration and fast payment once the vehicle is collected.
After severe storm damage many owners face costly repairs, insurance complications or long delays. Selling the vehicle as scrap or salvage can be faster and lower-risk than arranging repairs or handling private sales. We buy written-off, water-damaged and structurally affected cars and manage logistics from Bloemfontein to surrounding Free State areas.
For more detail on what we buy and how valuations are made, see our Sell Damaged Cars page. If your car no longer runs after the storm, our Sell Non-Running Car guide explains common scenarios and documentation needed.
We work with local drivers and tow partners who regularly collect vehicles from Bloemfontein and surrounding towns. Our team handles verification and payment securely, and we can advise if the vehicle is subject to finance obligations so you can resolve those before collection.
Offers depend on the vehicle's make, model, year, mileage and the extent of storm damage. Typical factors include visible structural damage, water ingress, electrical faults and missing parts. We provide transparent reasoning with each offer so you know how the valuation was reached.
| Damage Type | Typical Impact on Offer |
|---|---|
| Severe water/flooding (engine/cabin) | High reduction due to corrosion and electrical issues |
| Structural/frame damage | High reduction; often classed as write-off |
| Cosmetic & panel damage | Medium impact; salvageable parts retain value |
| Missing or stripped parts | Variable - reduces offer based on what remains |
If the vehicle is under finance, inform your lender before collection; we can coordinate settlement where required. Deregistration and transfer paperwork differ by situation - we assist with claims, transfer forms and advise on local Free State requirements so the process is straightforward. The local salvage market in South Africa values usable parts and scrap metal; offers reflect current demand and condition.
Ready to proceed? Get your free quote by uploading details and photos on our main site: Get your free quote. To learn more about how we work and what to expect, our About / How it works page explains our nationwide collection, paperwork handling and payment process.
Once you accept the offer and we collect the vehicle from Bloemfontein, we finalise paperwork, handle deregistration if applicable and release fast payment. Collection is recorded and verified; funds are transferred securely to your account after identity and ownership checks.

Wondering how we calculate your car’s value? At Sell Your Damaged Car, we look at: Your car’s real condition, its salvage value, and the current market demand. It’s all about honesty, transparency, and fairness — that’s how we determine your offer.
