Sell your salvage or written-off panel van for cash across South Africa. Free towing, paperwork handled and quick payment - get an obligation-free quote online.
We Buy Any Condition
Salvage, written-off, flood or fire-damaged panel vans accepted nationwide.
Free Nationwide Towing
Collection arranged from Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and beyond at no cost.
Paperwork & Fast Payment
We assist with transfer/deregistration and release payment quickly after collection.
If your panel van is classified as salvage, written off, flood- or fire-damaged, or no longer runs, converting it into cash with minimal hassle is possible. We buy panel vans in any condition across Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and surrounding regions, organise free towing and take care of the paperwork so you don’t have to.
Owners of commercial or private panel vans with accident damage, structural salvage status, engine or gearbox failure, flood or fire damage, or vans that are non-running and under finance who want a fast, transparent sale without arranging repairs or transport.
Salvage panel vans are frequently result of collision write-offs, flood-damage, engine fires or prolonged mechanical failure. We evaluate each vehicle on condition, market salvage demand and ease of recovery; offers reflect current local salvage values and repair feasibility.
| Scenario | Typical owner outcome |
|---|---|
| Major structural damage (write-off) | Repair often exceeds value; selling salvage avoids ongoing costs |
| Mechanical failure (non-running) | Costs may be unpredictable; selling for salvage saves repair logistics |
| Flood or fire damage | Specialist buyers needed; selling to professionals avoids hidden risks |
If you want to read about our process in more detail, see How it works. For owners of non-running vans, the Sell Non-Running Car page has extra guidance on photos and information that helps speed up offers.
| Damage type | How it affects offers |
|---|---|
| Structural/frame damage | Significant impact; often classed as write-off by insurers |
| Flood contamination | May reduce value due to electrical and corrosion risks |
| Engine/transmission failure | Variable impact; easier to value if non-running but intact |
Paperwork: If your van is under finance, inform your lender; settlement or transfer steps may be required. We assist with documentation and can advise on deregistration where relevant. For provincial vehicle admin guidance, the official Department of Transport website provides useful regulatory context: Department of Transport.
Logistics: Free towing is available nationwide - from inner-city Johannesburg and Cape Town to rural drop-off points - and that removal cost is included in the offer process, so you avoid arranging a recovery vehicle.
Specialist buyers of salvage panel vans understand local salvage demand, parts reuse markets and export channels. Selling to a professional buyer simplifies tax and transfer questions and reduces the time your van occupies space or incurs storage costs. Learn more about damaged-vehicle sales and types we accept on our Sell Damaged Cars page.
Get started by uploading your panel van details and images on our homepage. Use our secure form to Get your free quote, then Upload vehicle details. After you accept the offer you can Confirm collection and we will arrange towing and release payment fast.
