Quick collection often possible in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.
We Handle Towing & Paperwork
Free towing, deregistration help and fast payment after collection.
Fast Online Offers
Upload vehicle details and photos to get an obligation-free quote quickly.
If you need to sell a non-running car and want same-day pickup in South Africa, the straightforward path is an online valuation, a clear offer and an organised collection. We buy vehicles in any condition - from complete non-starters to accident-written-off or fire-damaged cars - and can often arrange same-day pickup depending on location, paperwork and towing availability. This service is available across major metros such as Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban, and surrounding areas.
When you choose to sell a non-running car for same-day pickup, important inclusions are free towing, assistance with required paperwork (including deregistration guidance) and a fast payment process. To learn more about our overall process and what to expect, see our About / How it works page.
Same-day pickup is subject to three practical factors: your location, the condition/accessibility of the vehicle (e.g., blocked on private property), and whether paperwork and ID are ready. You can start the process immediately by using our fast online form on the Sell Non-Running Car page - upload photos and details and receive an obligation-free offer quickly.
| Eligibility Factor | Same-Day Pickup Likelihood |
|---|---|
| Location: within major metro (Joburg/Cape Town/Durban) | High - often possible the same day |
| Remote or rural area | Medium - may require next-day scheduling |
| Vehicle access and condition | Depends - obstructed or severely damaged vehicles can delay collection |
Helpful note: having clear photos, proof of ownership and ID ready speeds up acceptance and same-day collection. If you want to check eligibility quickly, visit our homepage and Upload vehicle details in under two minutes.
The steps to sell a non-running car with same-day pickup are direct and designed to minimise effort on your side. First, submit make, model, year, mileage and photos through our online form. We evaluate condition, salvage demand and market value to generate a transparent cash offer. If you accept, we arrange collection - often the same day in major cities - handle paperwork (including deregistration guidance) and release payment promptly after collection.
If your vehicle has additional damage or unusual circumstances, our Sell Damaged Cars guidance explains how condition influences offers and collection logistics. For owners who want more background on our approach and service areas, our About / How it works page outlines national coverage and administrative support.
Payment is released promptly after vehicle collection and verification. We assist with deregistration guidance to ensure the transfer is recorded correctly. If the car is under finance, tell us upfront so we can coordinate payoff procedures; payments or settlements related to finance agreements follow standard legal and lender requirements.
If you want same-day pickup for your non-running car in South Africa, start by choosing one of the quick actions below on our homepage. Each action links directly to our form so you can Get your free quote, Upload vehicle details, Confirm collection and prepare to Get paid fast.
Same-day pickup is achievable often in metro areas but not guaranteed for every request. Factors such as remote location, severe access issues or incomplete documentation can shift collection to the next available slot. We prioritise speed while ensuring a safe, legal transfer and clear payment process.
