Sell a non-running or immobile car in SA. Get a competitive cash offer, free nationwide towing, paperwork handled and fast payment - quick online quote.
Any-Condition Offers
We buy non-running, written-off and mechanically damaged vehicles.
Free Nationwide Towing
Collection across South Africa at no additional cost to you.
Paperwork & Fast Payment
We handle deregistration and release fast payment after collection.
If your vehicle no longer starts, has major mechanical faults, or is written off after an accident, selling it for cash is often faster and lower risk than arranging repairs. Sell Your Damaged Car buys non-running vehicles in any condition and offers free nationwide towing, paperwork support (including deregistration where applicable) and fast payment.
Repair bills, storage costs and ongoing depreciation add up quickly. Selling a non-running car can release value, avoid further decline and remove logistic headaches. Our process is designed for private owners and small fleets across Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and surrounds.
Offers are based on make, model, year, visible damage, current market demand for parts/salvage and location. We provide a clear, obligation-free cash offer after you upload photos and vehicle details. For more on submitting your car, see the Sell Non-Running Car page.
| Damage type | Typical impact on offer |
|---|---|
| Complete engine failure | Reduces offer; higher value for parts or salvage |
| Structural / write-off | Depends on salvage demand and age; paperwork may be required |
| Flood or fire damage | Typically lower offers due to repair cost and parts condition |
For a concise explanation of what we buy and our approach, visit our Sell Damaged Cars page. If you want to know how we operate and why customers trust us, our About / How it works page outlines the full process and service standards.
We buy vehicles in any condition and include free towing and paperwork handling. If the vehicle is under finance, we can work with you to settle the outstanding balance; provide accurate finance details when you submit the form so we can factor this into the process. Offers vary by condition and market factors and are not identical for every vehicle.
Example (illustrative): A 10-year-old non-running hatchback may receive a competitive cash offer based on parts value and salvage demand. Any currency references in discussions will be shown as R and values given only as indicative ranges where noted.
Ready to proceed? Get your free quote, upload vehicle details, confirm collection and get paid fast - all via our simple online system.
Once we collect the vehicle we finalise any remaining paperwork, assist with deregistration where required and complete the payment transfer. Customers typically receive confirmation when collection is scheduled and again when payment is processed.
Need a tow? We got you
Get a cash offer within 24h!
Somewhere remote? No problem!
Wondering how we calculate your car’s value? At Sell Your Damaged Car, we look at: Your car’s real condition, its salvage value, and the current market demand. It’s all about honesty, transparency, and fairness — that’s how we determine your offer.
