Sell your non-running bakkie in South Africa. Upload details, get a competitive cash offer, and we arrange free towing, paperwork handling and fast payment.
Any-condition bakkies
We buy non-running, accident-damaged and written-off bakkies.
Free nationwide towing
Collection anywhere in South Africa including major metros and rural areas.
Paperwork & fast payment
We handle transfer/deregistration and release payment after collection.
If your bakkie won’t start after breakdown, accident or mechanical failure, selling to a specialist saves time, towing costs and uncertainty. Sell Your Damaged Car buys non-running bakkies across South Africa - Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and surrounding regions - with free towing, paperwork assistance and near-instant payment after collection.
We purchase bakkies in any condition: non-runners, accident-damaged, fire or flood-affected, written-off and salvage vehicles. Whether you’re a private owner with a broken-down single cab or a small fleet manager with multiple non-running vehicles, our process is built to be fast and predictable.
The online process is designed to be quick and transparent. First, upload your non-running bakkie details and photos. We evaluate the information, factoring make, model, year, visible damage and local salvage demand, then send a competitive cash offer. If you accept, we arrange free towing from your location and handle the paperwork.
| Common issue | Typical effect on offer |
|---|---|
| Seized engine / non-starter | Reduced offer; strong parts or scrap value remain |
| Structural / frame damage | Lowered due to repair complexity; salvage demand matters |
| Flood or fire damage | Affected heavily; some components may retain value |
If you want background on our company and how we handle valuations, see our About / How it works page for more detail.
Selling privately often means arranging transport, negotiating with buyers who may undervalue non-runners, and spending time on ads. A specialist buyer provides free nationwide towing, handles deregistration and admin, and offers quick payment so you avoid storage and repair costs. We operate across major metros and surrounding regions, including Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.
To begin, Get your free quote by uploading vehicle details and photos. If you prefer pages tailored to condition, see our Sell Damaged Cars page for accident-related guidance.
We schedule collection at a suitable time, tow your bakkie for free, complete the paperwork (including deregistration assistance) and release payment. For fleets, we can coordinate multiple collections and consolidated paperwork to minimise downtime.
Get started now: Upload vehicle details to receive a cash offer and arrange free towing and fast payment.
