Sell your hail-damaged, non-running vehicle in Gauteng. We provide free towing, paperwork support and a quick cash offer - submit photos and get a quote today.
Any Condition Accepted
We buy hail-damaged and non-running vehicles across Gauteng.
Free Towing in Gauteng
We collect from Johannesburg, Pretoria and surrounding areas at no cost.
Paperwork & Fast Payment
We handle deregistration and release payment quickly after collection.
Sell Your Damaged Car buys hail-damaged, non-running and accident-affected vehicles across Gauteng - including Johannesburg, Pretoria and the surrounding areas. We offer a simple online valuation, clear cash offers based on vehicle condition and the salvage market, free nationwide towing, and paperwork support including deregistration assistance.
Hail damage often affects body panels, glass and trim, and when combined with mechanical problems the cost and time to repair can exceed practical value. A specialist buyer who knows the local salvage market can provide a transparent, time-saving option: you avoid advertising, towing costs, and prolonged negotiation.
| Damage Type | Typical impact on offer |
|---|---|
| Superficial hail dents, windows intact | Lower impact; cosmetic repairs expected |
| Extensive panel and glass failure | Moderate to high impact; salvage parts demand considered |
| Non-running with mechanical faults | Higher impact; towing and repair costs factored in |
Offers depend on the combination of hail damage, mechanical condition and market demand for parts. For a quick start, use our Sell Damaged Cars form with clear photos and a brief description - we typically respond quickly for Gauteng submissions.
| Estimated repair cost (R) | Likely value retained if repaired |
|---|---|
| R5,000 - R15,000 | Small uplift; often not worth private sale effort |
| R15,000 - R50,000 | Partial recovery; towing and time can erode benefit |
| Above R50,000 | May justify repair for higher-value vehicles, but depends on model and history |
If you’re unsure whether to repair or sell, our team can outline the practical turnaround for a hail-damaged non-running car in Gauteng - see how we work on the About / How it works page.
1) Upload vehicle details and clear photos (exterior, interior, engine bay if accessible). 2) We return a transparent cash offer based on condition and salvage demand. 3) Accept the offer, and we arrange free towing anywhere in Gauteng. 4) We complete the paperwork and release near-instant payment after collection.
Ready to begin? Get your free quote or upload vehicle details for non-running cars.
We assist with the required admin: transfer of ownership and deregistration where applicable. If a vehicle is under finance, tell us up front - transactions must involve the finance company and clear settlement before ownership transfer. We provide guidance and handle standard documentation to reduce delays for sellers across Gauteng.
After we collect your vehicle in Gauteng, we finalise paperwork, handle deregistration where relevant, and complete payment. You receive confirmation and a receipt. If you need help understanding the next steps, our team will walk you through the documents we provide.
Need a tow? We got you
Get a cash offer within 24h!
Somewhere remote? No problem!
Wondering how we calculate your car’s value? At Sell Your Damaged Car, we look at: Your car’s real condition, its salvage value, and the current market demand. It’s all about honesty, transparency, and fairness — that’s how we determine your offer.
