We prepare transfer documents and assist with lender coordination where needed.
Fast, Transparent Offers
Condition-based valuations with prompt payment after collection.
If your car has suffered fire damage - whether underbonnet, interior or structural - selling to a salvage buyer can be faster and less stressful than attempting repairs. We buy fire-damaged vehicles in any condition, arrange free towing nationwide and manage the paperwork so you don’t have to.
Salvage yards and specialist buyers accept fire-damaged cars for dismantling, parts recovery and scrap. For owners in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and surrounding areas, selling to a salvage buyer removes towing costs, storage risk and the uncertainty of private buyers. If you want a quick valuation, Get your free quote or begin by visiting our Sell Damaged Cars page for examples of accepted conditions.
| Damage area | Typical impact on offer |
|---|---|
| Underbonnet / engine fire | Higher reduction due to mechanical loss; valued for salvageable drivetrain parts when present. |
| Cabin / interior fire | Interior components often unsalvageable; body and mechanicals retained value if unaffected. |
| External / minor fire damage | Lower impact on offer when structural and mechanical systems remain intact. |
Every valuation is condition-based: offers reflect salvage demand, parts value and the vehicle’s pre-damage market standing. To start, Upload vehicle details and photos so we can give an accurate offer quickly.
We work with private owners and small fleet operators across South Africa. If the vehicle is non-running after a fire, or has been written off by your insurer, our process still applies - we arrange collection and help with the transfer. For more on selling non-runners, see our Sell Non-Running Car guide.
Submit make, model, year, a short damage description and clear photos. Our team reviews the details and provides a transparent offer. If you want to learn about our approach and checks, view How it works.
Once you accept, we schedule free towing at a time that suits you. After collection and verification, payment is released promptly. Use the options to Confirm collection and prepare documentation.
Specialist salvage buyers understand parts demand and logistics. For owners in major metros like Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg, using a nationwide service removes towing headaches and minimises time-to-payment. If you’re ready, click Get your free quote and we’ll respond with a transparent offer.
We provide clear, condition-based offers and explain deductions related to salvage value and parts demand. Payment is processed after collection and verification to protect both parties and ensure a smooth transfer.
Ready to move forward? Upload your details and photos for a quick, obligation-free review and a transparent cash offer. Our nationwide service covers collection from major cities and surrounding areas, with paperwork handled on your behalf and fast payment after collection.
