Any-condition purchase
We buy burnt and fire-damaged cars across South Africa, regardless of condition.
Free nationwide towing
We collect from Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and beyond at no charge.
Paperwork & fast payment
We handle transfer, deregistration support and arrange payment quickly.
If your vehicle has been fire-damaged or burnt, the process to recover value can be stressful. Sell Your Damaged Car buys burnt cars in any condition across South Africa, offering a transparent online valuation, free nationwide collection and administrative support so you avoid towing costs and complex paperwork. The phrase "sell burnt cars South Africa" is often used by owners who want a fast, straightforward way to turn a damaged vehicle into cash without repair hassles.
We handle collections from major metros - Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban - and surrounding areas. If you want to see how the service works in detail, read our About / How it works page for a step-by-step overview.
Prefer to explore selling non-running or extensively damaged vehicles specifically? Visit the Sell Damaged Cars page for details tailored to fire and accident damage.
Quick note: Burnt cars vary widely in condition - cosmetic fire damage, electrical burns, and structural compromise affect valuation. We use photos and details you provide to form a fair, transparent offer.
You can start now by choosing to Get your free quote or Upload vehicle details on our homepage.
Once you accept, we arrange free towing from your location and take care of the paperwork. That includes transfer documentation and help with deregistration where applicable. For vehicles under finance, full disclosure is required; payouts are coordinated to settle any outstanding finance before the seller receives residual funds.
| Damage Type | Typical Impact on Offer |
|---|---|
| Surface/Interior fire (limited) | Moderate reduction; components may be salvageable |
| Electrical or engine-bay fire | Significant impact; replacement parts and wiring costly |
| Structural / chassis fire | Major reduction; often sold as salvage or for parts |
Repair timelines for fire-damaged cars can be long and expensive. Selling removes uncertainty: free towing avoids logistic costs, paperwork help reduces admin headaches, and our process is designed to be fast so you can move on sooner. If you want more detail on selling non-running vehicles, our Sell Non-Running Car page explains common outcomes.
When everything is complete we confirm collection and payment. Sellers can Confirm collection and expect to Get paid fast after the vehicle is received and paperwork is verified.
We provide clear offers based on condition and market realities. Offers depend on vehicle age, make, the extent of fire damage and salvage demand; not every burnt car receives the same valuation. For more about our company background and process transparency, see our About / How it works page.
