Sell a broken-down car in SA with free towing, handled paperwork and fast payment. Upload details for a competitive cash offer and nationwide collection.
Any-Condition Purchases
We buy broken-down, accident or flood-damaged and non-running vehicles.
Free Nationwide Towing
We arrange collection from Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and beyond.
Paperwork & Fast Payment
We handle transfer/deregistration and release fast payment after collection.
If you need to sell a broken-down car with free towing in SA, our streamlined service buys vehicles in any condition - accident-damaged, non-running, fire or flood affected, or written-off. We offer a transparent process, fast payment and nationwide collection from Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and surrounding areas.
Private sale or repair can be slow, costly and uncertain when a vehicle does not run. Selling your broken-down car to a specialist gives you a competitive cash offer, free towing, and minimal paperwork required. This approach suits private owners and small fleet managers who want a simple, low-risk solution.
Submit basic vehicle details and photos online, receive an obligation-free offer, accept if suitable, and we collect the car with free towing and handle the paperwork. For a clear explanation of how our service works, see our About / How it works page.
| Damage type | Typical impact on offer |
|---|---|
| Structural accident damage | Reduces market value significantly; salvage demand varies by make/model |
| Engine or transmission failure | Lower offers due to expensive repairs; strong parts demand can offset some value |
| Flood or water damage | Typically lowers offers substantially; safety and corrosion concerns persist |
| Minor cosmetic damage | Smaller impact; easier to trade or repair |
Offers are based on the vehicle's make, model, year, mileage, current condition and local salvage demand. We never promise identical offers for all damage types - each valuation is transparent and condition-specific.
If your car no longer starts, you can learn more about selling non-running vehicles on our Sell Non-Running Car page, which explains information we need for quick valuations.
We assist with transfer forms and deregistration processes common in South Africa so you don’t need to manage complex admin. If the vehicle is under finance, inform us up front - we’ll explain the steps needed to settle or transfer finance obligations before payment is finalised.
Typical timings: online valuation returned same day, towing arranged within 24-72 hours depending on location. Payment is released after collection and verification. All monetary references use R for South African rand; exact timing and amounts depend on bank processes and vehicle condition.
Free towing removes the logistical barrier of moving a broken-down car and reduces your out-of-pocket costs. Combined with handled paperwork and fast payment, it makes selling a non-running vehicle straightforward and low risk. For more detail on selling damaged vehicles, see our Sell Damaged Cars page.
