Sell your broken or non-running car in Durban with same-day pickup where available. Free towing, paperwork handled and fast payment across eThekwini and KZN.
Same-Day Pickup in Durban
Accept an offer early and we aim to collect the same day across eThekwini suburbs.
We Buy Any Condition
Accident, flood, fire, mechanical failure or non-running - we provide transparent offers.
Free Towing & Paperwork
We handle deregistration, collection and fast payment after vehicle collection.
If your vehicle is broken, written-off, or won’t start, arranging towing, paperwork and a sale privately can be slow and costly. Sell Your Damaged Car buys vehicles in any condition across South Africa and offers same-day pickup in Durban and surrounding suburbs when logistics allow. We handle the valuation, deregistration paperwork and free towing so you don’t have to wait weeks for a buyer.
Same-day pickup note: same-day collection is commonly available in Durban metro areas when you accept an offer before our daily cut-off time. Remote locations around KZN may require short scheduling.
We purchase accident damage, flood or fire damage, mechanical failure, non-starters and written-off vehicles. Every quote is based on condition, make, model, year and salvage market demand.
For more detail on our nationwide service and how we value cars, see our About / How it works page. If your vehicle won’t start at all, our Sell Non-Running Car guide explains what photos and details help speed up an accurate quote.
On collection day our team arrives at the agreed time, completes the transfer paperwork and arranges deregistration where applicable. We provide free towing and release payment quickly after the vehicle has been collected and paperwork verified. For vehicles under finance, we explain the settlement steps and work with you to ensure the transaction proceeds correctly.
| Damage type | Typical impact on offers |
|---|---|
| Structural / frame damage | Reduces offers substantially due to repair complexity and safety concerns |
| Engine / transmission failure | Offers reflect replacement cost and local salvage demand for parts |
| Flood or fire damage | Often classed as written-off; salvage value varies by severity |
Same-day collection cuts storage costs, reduces further deterioration and gets you paid faster-especially useful in busy Durban suburbs like Berea, Morningside and Umhlanga. We prioritize local metro pickups when offers are accepted early in the day.
Ready to begin? Upload photos and details on our homepage to get your quote and request same-day pickup where available: Get your free quote. If you want to understand selling vs repairing in more depth, our Sell Damaged Cars resources explain common scenarios and timelines: Sell Damaged Cars.

Somewhere remote? No problem!
Wondering how we calculate your car’s value? At Sell Your Damaged Car, we look at: Your car’s real condition, its salvage value, and the current market demand. It’s all about honesty, transparency, and fairness — that’s how we determine your offer.
