Sell your accident-damaged car in KwaZulu-Natal. We assist with insurance paperwork, free KZN towing, deregistration and fast payment - get a free quote.
KZN Coverage & Towing
Free towing and collection across KwaZulu-Natal, including Durban and Pietermaritzburg.
Insurance Paperwork Help
We prepare condition reports and assist with deregistration and insurer documentation.
Fast, Transparent Offers
Upload photos, get a competitive cash offer and receive fast payment after collection.
If your car was damaged in an accident in KwaZulu-Natal - Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Richards Bay or surrounding areas - you don’t need to navigate insurance and salvage alone. We buy accident-damaged, written-off and non-running vehicles across KZN and handle the admin so private owners and small fleets can convert a damaged vehicle into cash quickly. Our service includes free towing across South Africa, assistance with insurance documentation where relevant, and fast payment once collection is complete.
We accept cars with structural or panel damage, mechanical failure after a crash, water or fire damage, and written-off or salvage titles. For claims or insurance queries we can support documentation collection, provide condition reports for insurers, and liaise on deregistration. Learn more about our approach on our About / How it works page.
Quick note for fleet owners: We can manage bulk disposals, provide consolidated paperwork and schedule pickups across multiple KZN depots.
When an insurer is involved there are two common paths: the insurer declares the car a write-off and pays the policyholder, or the owner retains salvage and sells it privately. We work with either outcome. If you need supporting documentation for an insurance claim or a condition report for your insurer, we prepare clear photos and a vehicle condition summary. For step-by-step details on selling non-running vehicles, see our Sell Non-Running Car guidance.
Ready to start? Get your free quote or Upload vehicle details - the online form is quick and lets us return an offer based on photos and the damage description.
Once you accept the cash offer we schedule collection at a time that suits you in KZN. Our team handles the physical tow, completes the transfer paperwork, and releases payment promptly after vehicle verification. If an insurer needs paperwork, we can provide the required condition report and transfer documents to help finalise a claim.
Typical timelines: online quote within hours, collection arranged within 1-5 business days depending on location in KZN, and payment released shortly after vehicle handover. For remote areas outside Durban metro, allow extra scheduling time. These timeframes are illustrative and depend on availability and paperwork - always confirm specific timing when you accept the offer.
| Damage type | Typical effect on offer |
|---|---|
| Exterior panel damage | Moderate; depends on structural integrity and repair cost |
| Structural/frame damage | Significantly impacts offer due to repair complexity |
| Mechanical failure after crash | Varies - non-running units lower offers; parts value may help |
| Flood or fire damage | Often classified as salvage; offers reflect repairability and parts demand |
Each vehicle is assessed individually - offers depend on model, year, mileage and severity of damage. As a guideline, salvage market values can vary widely; any figures should be treated as estimates and discussed with our assessor.
If you want details on selling damaged vehicles in other conditions, our Sell Damaged Cars page explains common scenarios and documentation required. To begin now, Get your free quote or Confirm collection.
