Sell your fire-damaged SUV quickly. Get a competitive cash offer, free nationwide towing and paperwork handled. Fast, transparent process across SA.
Any Condition Accepted
We buy fire-damaged SUVs whether non-running, written-off or salvage.
Free Nationwide Towing
We collect from Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and surrounding areas.
Paperwork & Fast Payment
We handle deregistration and settle payment quickly after collection.
If your SUV has suffered a fire - engine bay blaze, interior fire or electrical-related smoke damage - turning it into cash can be faster and less stressful than repairs. We buy SUVs in any condition, arrange free nationwide towing, and manage the admin so you don’t have to worry about deregistration or the logistics of moving a non-running vehicle.
Repairing a fire-damaged SUV often involves costly parts, specialised labour and uncertain outcomes. Many owners - private and small fleet managers - prefer a straightforward sale that avoids storage costs and repeated repair estimates. Our service includes free collection from metro and surrounding areas, paperwork handling (including deregistration where needed) and fast payment after collection.
Fire damage ranges from localized wiring and sensor failures to severe engine or cabin destruction. In South Africa’s salvage market, buyers factor in structural integrity, chassis damage, and the cost of replacing electronics. We evaluate each SUV individually and provide a transparent, competitive cash offer based on condition and market demand.
| Damage Type | Typical Impact on Offer |
|---|---|
| Wiring & electronics (localized) | Medium impact depending on component access |
| Engine bay fire | High impact - affects drivability and major components |
| Interior/cabin fire | High impact - smoke and structural repairs often required |
For many sellers the easiest path is to accept a transparent offer and let a specialist handle removal, paperwork and sale to salvage yards or repairers. Learn more about how the process typically works on our About / How it works page.
If your SUV won’t start after a fire, see our guidance for non-running vehicles on the Sell Non-Running Car page for what details and photos help speed up a valuation.
If the SUV is still under finance, notify the finance provider before completing a sale; most settlements require a payout or consent. We can work with you and the lender to ensure transfer and deregistration are handled correctly. Our process follows South African vehicle transfer and salvage conventions; for a summary of what we buy see the Sell Damaged Cars page.
Practical example: Owners often choose to sell a fire-damaged SUV when repair estimates and downtime exceed the vehicle’s remaining practical value. Selling avoids storage costs, repeated repair attempts and the uncertainty of parts availability - especially for older SUVs or models with high electronic complexity.
Get your free quote and upload vehicle details now to begin. Use the Upload vehicle details form to receive an obligation-free offer. After you accept, confirm collection and we will handle towing, paperwork and payment so you can move on quickly.
We provide clear valuations based on condition and current salvage demand in South Africa, and we operate nationwide with experience handling written-off and fire-damaged vehicles. For a quick overview of how our service works and what to expect, visit our About / How it works page.
