Compare scrap car pricing with free towing across South Africa. Get a transparent cash offer, free collection, paperwork handled and fast payment.
Free Nationwide Towing
We collect scrap vehicles anywhere in South Africa at no extra cost.
Transparent Scrap Pricing
Offers reflect condition, parts demand and local salvage markets.
Paperwork & Fast Payment
We handle deregistration and release payment quickly after collection.
If your vehicle is written off, non-running, flood or fire damaged, or too costly to repair, selling for scrap can be faster and lower hassle than repairs. We provide transparent scrap car pricing with free towing across South Africa, handle the paperwork (including deregistration) and release fast payment once your car is collected.
When people search for scrap car pricing with free towing they want two things: clarity on how much their car is worth in its current condition, and removal of the logistics and costs involved in getting the vehicle to a buyer. Our offers consider the vehicle make, model, age, damage type and salvage demand in South Africa, then include free collection so you don’t pay for towing or arrange transport.
| Damage type | Typical impact on scrap pricing |
|---|---|
| Severe structural / frame damage | Higher impact; recovery often based on parts and scrap metal value. |
| Engine or gearbox failure | Moderate impact; usable components can retain value. |
| Flood or fire damage | Significant impact; safety and repairability affect pricing strongly. |
| Minor cosmetic damage | Lower impact; more value retained if mechanicals are sound. |
Because market demand for salvage parts and scrap metal fluctuates across regions, our appraisal balances local salvage demand in major metros with transport savings from free towing. For more detail about the vehicles we buy and how we evaluate condition, see our Sell Damaged Cars page.
Ready to check scrap car pricing with free towing right now? Upload photos and vehicle details for an obligation-free offer on our homepage. Our form is quick and designed for South African users in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and beyond.
We keep the steps straightforward so you can convert a scrap vehicle into cash with minimal effort:
We also serve owners of non-running cars - for details specific to vehicles that won’t start, see our Sell Non-Running Car page. If you want to understand how we handle titles, transfers and paperwork in more detail, our About / How it works page explains the admin process for South African sellers.
Towing costs can erode the net value of a scrap sale, especially for heavier vehicles or those located outside major metros. Including free towing in the offer means the price you accept reflects the true net benefit to you without surprise collection fees. This is particularly helpful for sellers in outlying suburbs and surrounding regions of Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.
We operate nationwide and follow consistent valuation practices so you receive a competitive cash offer with transparent inclusions. For sellers with vehicles under finance, we explain the settlement steps during the quote stage so you understand what happens to any outstanding balance. If you prefer to compare alternatives, our team can outline options rather than pressuring a sale.
Get your free quote and see scrap car pricing with free towing in your area by uploading your vehicle details now: Get your free quote. We aim for clarity, low hassle, and fast payment after collection.
Need a tow? We got you
Get a cash offer within 24h!
Somewhere remote? No problem!
Wondering how we calculate your car’s value? At Sell Your Damaged Car, we look at: Your car’s real condition, its salvage value, and the current market demand. It’s all about honesty, transparency, and fairness — that’s how we determine your offer.
