Looking for scrap car buyers for SUVs in South Africa? Get a competitive cash offer, free nationwide towing, paperwork handling and quick payment.
Any-Condition SUV Buyers
We buy SUVs with accident, flood, fire or mechanical damage nationwide.
Free Towing & Paperwork
Nationwide collection, deregistration help and minimal admin for sellers.
Fast, Transparent Offers
Submit photos and details online for a clear, competitive cash offer.
If your SUV is non-running, accident-damaged, flood-affected, fire-damaged or written off, selling to a specialist scrap buyer is often faster and lower-stress than private sale or lengthy repairs. Sell Your Damaged Car purchases SUVs across Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and surrounding regions and offers free towing, paperwork support (including deregistration) and fast payment after collection.
We accept SUVs of all makes, ages and conditions - from older 4x4s with mechanical failures to late-model written-off vehicles. SUVs can have higher scrap or salvage value than smaller cars due to parts demand (engines, transmissions, body panels). For a quick overview of services and how we work, see our About / How it works page.
| Condition | How a scrap buyer handles it |
|---|---|
| Non-running / seized engine | Collected, assessed for parts value and salvage; paperwork completed and payment made. |
| Accident written-off | Valued as salvage; free towing and deregistration assistance provided. |
| Flood or fire damage | Specialist inspection for hazardous components and parts recovery; handled safely. |
If you want more detail about selling non-running vehicles, visit our Sell Non-Running Car page for a step-by-step explanation tailored to non-starters and seized SUVs.
South Africa note: Free towing covers metro areas and many outlying locations - we serve clients nationwide, including Roodepoort, Stellenbosch and Pietermaritzburg. Vehicles under finance require disclosure; we can assist with settlement coordination and documentation.
When you submit details, valuations consider SUV market demand for parts, the vehicle's current condition and salvageability. Offers are transparent and based on observable information; final collection includes a brief physical assessment before payment. For more on damaged vehicle sales see our Sell Damaged Cars page.
We assist with required documentation including a completed change-of-ownership form and deregistration steps where needed. If your SUV is still financed, disclose the outstanding balance - we will coordinate with the finance provider so the settlement can be completed correctly. This reduces delays and ensures clear transfer of ownership.
Choose buyers who clearly state inclusions (free towing, paperwork handling, nationwide coverage) and provide verifiable reviews or references. For a concise overview of our service approach and standards, visit our homepage: Sell Your Damaged Car.
When you’re ready, you can get your free quote by uploading vehicle details - accept an offer, confirm collection and get paid fast after we collect your SUV.
