Get a same-day salvage car offer and collection in South Africa. Upload details, accept a transparent cash offer, and we arrange free towing and paperwork.
Same-Day Offers
Receive an obligation-free salvage offer within hours of submitting details.
Free Nationwide Collection
We arrange towing across SA - Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and beyond.
Paperwork & Fast Payment
We handle transfer paperwork and process payment after collection.
If you need a same-day salvage car offer and collection, Sell Your Damaged Car provides quick online valuations, free nationwide towing and secure payment. We buy salvage, accident-written-off, non-running and flood- or fire-damaged vehicles from private owners and small fleets in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and surrounding areas.
A same-day salvage car offer and collection reduces holding costs, prevents further deterioration and removes the hassles of arranging transport. For many owners the speed of an immediate offer and quick pick-up is more valuable than extended repair negotiations or private sale attempts.
Same-day salvage car offer and collection typically means you receive an initial cash offer within hours of uploading photos and details, and collection can be arranged the same day or within 24 hours depending on location and paperwork status. Timeframes are subject to verification and local towing availability.
Learn more about our overall approach on the How it works page, and start now by choosing to Get your free quote.
1) Submit vehicle details and photos via our online form; the clearer the images, the faster we can assess condition. 2) Receive an obligation-free offer based on the car’s make, model, year, current damage and market salvage demand. 3) Accept the offer and select a collection time - we arrange free towing and complete the necessary paperwork on your behalf.
| Step | Approximate timing |
|---|---|
| Submit form & photos | Under 10 minutes |
| Initial valuation | Within hours (same day) |
| Collection arranged | Same day or within 24 hours (location dependent) |
| Payment | After collection and paperwork verification |
We handle transfer documents and can support deregistration notices where applicable. If your vehicle has outstanding finance, disclose the lender at submission - we will outline the settlement steps and work with you and the lender to enable collection. Full clearance is required before final payment is released; this is standard practice to protect both parties.
For non-running vehicles see our dedicated guidance on Sell Non-Running Car, and for accident or written-off cars check Sell Damaged Cars.
Ready to proceed? Upload vehicle details now to Upload vehicle details, receive a same-day salvage car offer and arrange collection in hours.
Notes: timelines and availability are subject to local towing schedules and paperwork verification. Cost references are context-dependent; any indicative figures discussed by agents will be presented in R and marked as estimates based on current salvage market conditions in South Africa.
