Sell your salvage or written-off car in Johannesburg. Get a competitive cash offer, free towing across Joburg, paperwork handled and fast payment.
Sell Salvage Cars Fast
Upload details, get a competitive cash offer and avoid the private-sale hassle.
Free Towing Johannesburg
We collect salvage vehicles across Joburg metro and surrounding suburbs at no cost.
Paperwork & Payment Handled
We assist with deregistration, lender settlement guidance and quick payment.
If your vehicle is written off, salvage-damaged, flood-affected, fire-damaged or simply non-running in Johannesburg, Sell Your Damaged Car buys salvage cars across Gauteng and surrounding areas. We assess vehicles in any condition, provide a competitive cash offer, arrange free towing and handle the required paperwork so you avoid the logistics and admin of a private sale.
We handle accident-written-off vehicles, flood or fire-damaged cars, and mechanically irreparable or non-running units from private owners and small fleet operators across Johannesburg, Soweto, Sandton and surrounding suburbs.
| Damage type | Typical offer impact |
|---|---|
| Structural/frame damage | Significant reduction due to repair complexity and salvage classification |
| Engine or drivetrain failure | Moderate to high reduction depending on repair feasibility |
| Flood or water damage | Substantial reduction; corrosion and electronics often affected |
| Minor accident damage (panels, bumper) | Smaller impact; parts resale value may be retained |
Note: every offer is made after reviewing photos, vehicle details and market demand. We do not imply identical offers across damage types; quotations are case-by-case.
Learn more about how our service works on the About / How it works page. If your vehicle no longer starts, see specific guidance on selling a non-running vehicle at our Sell Non-Running Car page.
Our streamlined flow keeps things simple for busy owners and fleet managers: upload photos and vehicle details, receive a competitive cash offer, accept if it meets your needs, then we collect with free towing and handle the paperwork. Examples: a small fleet owner in Randburg used this process to move three written-off units quickly with minimal admin; a private owner in Roodepoort avoided towing fees and sold a flood-damaged PCV within days.
If you want a quick start, upload your vehicle details and photos on our main site to receive an obligation-free quote. Use the online form to Get your free quote or review options on the Sell Damaged Cars page for damage-specific details.
Once we collect your salvage car in Johannesburg, we verify the paperwork and release payment promptly. Payment timing can vary slightly for vehicles with outstanding finance - we outline options and help facilitate lender settlement where needed. All funds are shown in R and processed through secure banking channels.
Nearby sellers commonly arrange collection in central Johannesburg suburbs (Sandton, Rosebank, Braamfontein) and surrounding areas. For non-central locations we still provide free towing; availability is confirmed during booking.
We recommend checking identification, bank verification and written offers before transfer - our process includes document checks and a clear written agreement so you know what to expect at handover. For more details about the company and our service standards see the About / How it works page.
Start by uploading vehicle details and photos to receive an obligation-free cash offer. If you accept, we arrange collection, handle admin and release payment - making the sale of a salvage car straightforward and low hassle.
