Sell Your Damaged Car buys damaged bakkies nationwide. Upload details, receive a competitive cash offer, and we handle free towing, paperwork and fast payment.
Competitive Cash Offers
Get a transparent, obligation-free valuation for damaged bakkies.
Free Nationwide Towing
We collect bakkies across SA - Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and beyond.
Paperwork & Fast Payment
We handle transfer and deregistration with speedy payment after collection.
Sell Your Damaged Car is expanding its collection focus on bakkies - from accident-damaged and non-running to written-off or salvage-condition. We provide a fast online valuation, free nationwide towing and paperwork handling for owners across Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and surrounding areas.
Bakkies are a critical part of South African commerce and personal transport. We buy light commercial bakkies and passenger bakkies in any condition: accident-damaged, flood or fire affected, mechanically failed, non-running, or insurance written-off. Because bakkies often have strong salvage demand and parts value, owners can receive a competitive cash offer without the hassle of private sales or towing logistics.
Our online form collects make, model, year, mileage, photos and a damage description. Within a short time you receive an obligation-free quote. Accepting the quote begins our collection and admin process. Start by getting a quote on our homepage: Get your free quote.
| Damage type | Typical impact on offer |
|---|---|
| Structural/Frame damage | Higher reduction due to repair complexity and safety concerns |
| Mechanical failure/non-running | Offer reflects parts value and towing cost; still marketable to dismantlers |
| Cosmetic damage | Lower impact if drivetrain and chassis are sound |
Owners with bakkies under finance should review their finance agreements - we work with sellers to confirm outstanding balances and settle proceeds where required. For an overview of our process see About / How it works, which explains verification and paperwork steps.
Press note: This service supports private owners and small fleets across Gauteng, Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal. If your bakkie is taking up space or accruing storage costs, a prompt valuation can help you move on quickly.
Once you accept an offer, we book free towing at a time that suits you. Our team completes required documents at collection, including transfer forms and deregistration assistance where applicable. Payment is processed fast after vehicle handover via secure electronic transfer. To start, upload vehicle details and photos at: Sell Damaged Cars or use the quick form on our homepage: Upload vehicle details.
| Owner scenario | Recommended action |
|---|---|
| Non-running bakkie on driveway | Upload photos and accept free towing to avoid storage costs |
| Insurance written-off vehicle | We evaluate salvage value quickly and handle deregistration |
If you manage a small fleet, our streamlined process reduces admin burden and gets inactive bakkies off your books. Learn more about selling non-running vehicles here: Sell Non-Running Car.
We comply with South African documentation requirements and encourage sellers to verify identity checks and settlement instructions. Our team provides clear receipts and records for deregistration and transfer. For full details about our verification and admin, visit About / How it works.
Media enquiries and fleet managers can request a dedicated briefing or bulk-vehicle evaluation. For immediate action, upload photos and details now and get a quick, obligation-free response: Get your free quote.
