Sell Your Damaged Car in Johannesburg: upload photos, get a competitive cash offer, free towing across Joburg, paperwork handled and quick payment.
If your vehicle is accident-damaged, written-off, flood- or fire-affected, or simply non-running, Johannesburg's Car Salvage Experts at Sell Your Damaged Car make selling quick and simple. Upload vehicle details and photos for an obligation-free cash offer, then accept and let us handle towing, paperwork and payment.
Local knowledge matters: Johannesburg and Gauteng have high salvage market activity, varied scrap transport routes and distinct deregistration requirements. We work across Joburg (Sandton, Roodepoort, Soweto, Randburg) and surrounding areas to provide fast collections, transparent offers and minimal admin for private owners and small fleet operators.
| Repair cost vs value retained (example) | Typical outcome |
|---|---|
| Estimated repair: R40,000 on a R60,000 vehicle | Selling for salvage is often faster and less risky than repairing |
| Estimated repair: R10,000 on a R80,000 vehicle | Repair may be economical; consider quotes before selling |
Note: figures are illustrative and South Africa-specific. Actual valuations depend on make, model, year, condition and market demand in Gauteng.
Ready to get started? Use our quick upload form to get your free quote and see how much your damaged car could fetch on the Johannesburg salvage market.
| Damage type | Typical offer impact |
|---|---|
| Structural/frame damage | Reduces offer significantly; often sold for parts or scrap |
| Engine/transmission failure | Lower offer but valuable for parts; non-running vehicles accepted |
| Flood or fire damage | Offers vary widely; specialist salvage demand influences price |
Once we collect your vehicle in Johannesburg, we finalise paperwork and release payment quickly. Payment is verified and sent to your nominated bank account. We provide a receipt and confirmation of transfer of ownership or deregistration steps completed.
To begin, upload your vehicle details, get an immediate quote and schedule a free pickup across Johannesburg and the surrounding areas.
