Sell Your Damaged Car buys hail-damaged vehicles in South Africa. Get a transparent offer, free nationwide collection and fast payment with full paperwork support.
Free Nationwide Collection
We arrange towing across South Africa for hail-damaged vehicles at no cost.
Paperwork & Fast Payment
We handle transfer, deregistration and release payment quickly after collection.
Any Condition Accepted
We buy hail-damaged cars whether cosmetic or structurally affected.
If hail has left your vehicle dented, cracked or cosmetically damaged, Sell Your Damaged Car offers a streamlined collection and payment service across South Africa. We buy hail-damaged cars in any condition, arrange free towing, take care of paperwork including deregistration where needed, and provide fast payment after collection.
Our hail-damaged car collection and payment process is designed for simplicity. Submit photos and vehicle details online, receive a transparent cash offer, accept if it meets your needs, and we arrange free nationwide collection and secure payment. This service suits private owners and fleet managers in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and surrounding areas who prefer a fast sale over arranging repairs.
| Damage type | Typical impact on offer |
|---|---|
| Surface hail dents (panels) | Moderate - cosmetic repair costs reduce resale value, but vehicle is often structurally sound |
| Hail with broken glass | Higher impact - glass replacement raises repair cost and reduces offers |
| Severe roof or structural damage | Significant impact - likely to be classed as salvage or require specialist repair |
We evaluate each vehicle on its individual condition, market demand and salvage value. For more detail on damage categories we accept, see our Sell Damaged Cars page.
If you want background on our overall process and trust signals, visit our About / How it works page for details about towing, paperwork handling and customer feedback.
Once you accept the hail-damaged car collection and payment agreement, we schedule collection at a convenient time. On collection day our driver will verify the vehicle condition and paperwork, complete transfer documents as required, and arrange payment. Payment is released promptly after the vehicle is collected and condition confirmed.
| Common question | Short answer |
|---|---|
| Do you collect in Cape Town, Joburg, Durban? | Yes - free nationwide collection across major metros and surrounding regions. |
| What if the car is under finance? | We can purchase vehicles under finance; offers are subject to lender settlement and documentation. |
| How soon will I be paid? | Payment is made quickly after collection and verification - typically on the same day where paperwork is in order. |
Experience-based tip: Clear, well-lit photos of hail damage accelerate valuation. Note any broken glass or interior water ingress in your description to avoid delays at collection.
If your hail-damaged vehicle is not running or you want a valuation focused on non-starters, check our Sell Non-Running Car page for specific guidance on non-running collections and payment handling.
