Flood-damaged car? Get a competitive cash offer with free towing, paperwork handling and fast payment across South Africa. Upload details and receive an offer today.
Free Nationwide Towing
We collect flood-damaged vehicles anywhere in South Africa at no cost to you.
Transparent Cash Offer
Offers explain damage factors and reflect salvage market conditions.
We Handle Paperwork
Deregistration and payment are managed quickly after collection.
If your car has been affected by flood water, the logistics of getting it to a buyer or repairer can be costly and stressful. Our free towing with flood-damaged car offer SA is designed for South African owners who want a quick, low-effort way to convert a flood-affected vehicle into cash. We buy vehicles in any condition, arrange collection nationwide, handle the required paperwork and provide a competitive cash offer based on condition and market demand.
Important: Offers reflect the vehicle’s condition, age and salvage demand. We do not promise specific sale prices; instead we deliver transparent, evidence-based quotes and free towing for collections across South Africa.
Flood-damaged cars often require flatbed recovery or specialist handling to prevent further electrical or mechanical deterioration. Removing towing cost from the equation can materially improve the net outcome for owners who do not want to invest in repairs. Our service covers towing from metros and outlying regions, so you can accept an offer and have the vehicle collected without arranging transport or paying extra.
We buy vehicles affected by flood, vehicles with water-damaged interiors, and cars with engine or electrical failure resulting from water ingress. Each quote reflects the severity of damage, make, model, year and the current salvage market for that vehicle type. For more about the types of cars we buy, see our Sell Damaged Cars page.
| Repair cost scenario (estimate) | Typical seller decision |
|---|---|
| Repair estimates R15,000-R35,000 (electrical/engine risk) | Often sell for a competitive cash offer rather than repair |
| Minor interior water damage, low repair costs | Some owners repair if resale value justifies cost |
Ready to see an offer? Get your free quote or learn more about selling a non-running car on our Sell Non-Running Car page. Both links lead to a quick online form where you upload photos and vehicle details in under two minutes.
Our process is built to reduce friction: submit vehicle details and photos, receive a transparent cash offer, accept if you’re happy, and we arrange free towing and paperwork. We handle transfer and deregistration steps where applicable and release payment quickly after collection and verification.
| Damage type | Typical impact on offer |
|---|---|
| Full engine immersion | Significant reduction due to high repair risk |
| Interior water damage only | Moderate reduction; depends on electronics and mould risk |
| Cosmetic water staining | Smaller impact if mechanicals are unaffected |
We emphasise transparency: every offer explains the main factors considered. If your vehicle is under finance, we can work with outstanding balances - please disclose finance details when you submit the form so we can include them in the offer calculation. For more on how we operate and the steps we handle, see our About / How it works page.
Floods in South Africa can cause rapid electrical failure and corrosion. Accepting a cash offer with free towing can be a lower-risk route than paying for uncertain repairs. Typical repair scenarios can range widely; owners often choose the option that minimises ongoing cost and time. If you'd like to proceed, Get your free quote now and, if you accept, we will Get paid fast after collection.

Wondering how we calculate your car’s value? At Sell Your Damaged Car, we look at: Your car’s real condition, its salvage value, and the current market demand. It’s all about honesty, transparency, and fairness — that’s how we determine your offer.
