Streamline disposal of damaged fleet vehicles in South Africa. Free towing, bulk quoting, paperwork assistance and fast payment for fleet managers in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.
Fleet managers and small businesses in South Africa face time, compliance and cost pressures when disposing of accident-damaged, non-running or written-off vehicles. An efficient disposal process reduces holding costs, frees yard space, and minimises administrative burden while returning cash quickly to the business.
Partnering with a specialist like Sell Your Damaged Car streamlines each step: online valuation, immediate offers, free towing from any South African location, handling of transfer and deregistration paperwork, and near-instant payment after collection. This approach suits fleet operators in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and surrounding areas who need predictable, low-administration disposals.
Our fleet disposal workflow is designed for speed and transparency. Submit vehicle details and photos online, receive a clear cash offer based on condition and market demand, accept the offer, and we collect the vehicle with free towing. We complete paperwork, including assistance with deregistration where needed, and release payment promptly.
| Scenario | Estimated repair cost (R) | Typical retained operational value |
|---|---|---|
| Major collision (structural) | R50,000 - R150,000 | Low - often better to dispose |
| Engine failure | R30,000 - R120,000 | Variable - depends on vehicle age |
| Minor accident (cosmetic) | R5,000 - R20,000 | Often worth repairing |
Note: figures above are illustrative and specific to South Africa. Actual repair and market values vary by make, model, age and local salvage demand.
Centralised handling reduces time-to-cash and administrative work. For multi-site fleets across Gauteng, Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal, a buyer who arranges free towing, handles paperwork (including issues with vehicles under finance), and issues quick payment simplifies internal processes and reduces operational friction.
Provide make, model, year, mileage, a brief damage summary and photos for each vehicle via the online form. Bulk uploads are accepted for multiple units. This starts a fast valuation process.
Each vehicle gets a transparent cash offer based on condition and salvage market demand. Offers are obligation-free so you can compare options and budget accordingly.
Accept offers for selected units, confirm collection addresses and times, and we organise free towing nationwide - from central business districts to remote depot locations.
We handle transfer documents, provide receipts, and assist with deregistration where required. Payment is released and verified shortly after collection so your finance team can reconcile quickly.
After we collect your vehicles, paperwork is completed and payment is transferred. Vehicles are processed through salvage channels in compliance with South African regulations. We provide documentation for your records and can supply consolidated statements for fleet accounting.
Start by uploading your vehicle details and photos at https://sellyourdamagedcar.co.za/ to get an obligation-free fleet valuation. Our team will provide clear offers and handle collections across South Africa.
