Looking for scrap car buyers for 4x4s near you in South Africa? Get a transparent cash offer, free nationwide collection and paperwork handled - upload vehicle details for a free quote.
4x4s Accepted in Any Condition
We buy accident-damaged, non-running, flood or fire-affected 4x4s nationwide.
Free Nationwide Towing
Collection arranged from Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and surrounding areas.
Paperwork & Fast Payment
We handle deregistration and coordinate near-instant payment after collection.
If you own a 4x4 that’s written off, non-running, flood-damaged, or simply at the end of its working life, selling to a specialist scrap buyer is often faster and more practical than private sale or costly repairs. Sell Your Damaged Car buys 4x4s in any condition and offers free nationwide collection, minimal paperwork required, and verified fast payment. Whether you’re in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban or surrounding areas, you can start by getting a free online quote and arranging collection.
Quick note: If your 4x4 is under finance, the payout process includes the finance settlement. We can advise on next steps - see our company background for how we handle finance cases on the About / How it works page.
We purchase a wide range of 4x4s including older workhorses, accident-damaged vehicles, flood or fire-damaged units, mechanical failures and written-off models. If your vehicle won’t start or would cost more to repair than it’s worth, selling to a scrap buyer can free up space and return cash quickly. To see our simple submission process for non-running vehicles, view Sell Non-Running Car.
Valuations consider make, year, mileage, condition of the chassis and drivetrain, extent of body and structural damage, and demand in the salvage and parts market. Buyers also factor in towing logistics for heavy 4x4s. A transparent buyer will explain these factors and provide a clear offer you can accept or decline.
For step-by-step details on selling damaged vehicles, our Sell Damaged Cars page outlines what to prepare and the paperwork we manage.
Selling your 4x4 to a reputable scrap buyer should be straightforward. Our nationwide workflow is designed for speed and transparency: upload vehicle details and photos, receive an obligation-free quote, accept the offer, then we collect the vehicle with free towing and complete the administration so you get paid fast.
Our tow team arrives at the agreed time, inspects the vehicle, completes transfer documents and arranges bank payment. If your 4x4 is under finance we can coordinate settlement with the finance provider to ensure a clean transfer.
If you want a quick, low-hassle sale, Get your free quote and Upload vehicle details now. We serve owners and small fleet operators across South Africa, including Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban, and handle towing, paperwork and payment for you.
Need a tow? We got you
Get a cash offer within 24h!
Somewhere remote? No problem!
Wondering how we calculate your car’s value? At Sell Your Damaged Car, we look at: Your car’s real condition, its salvage value, and the current market demand. It’s all about honesty, transparency, and fairness — that’s how we determine your offer.
