Compare competitive cash offers for accident-damaged cars in South Africa. Free towing, paperwork handled and fast payment - upload details for a transparent quote.
Competitive Cash Offers
Transparent valuations based on condition, salvage demand and regional factors.
Free Nationwide Towing
Collection anywhere in South Africa with paperwork support.
Fast Payment & Admin
We handle deregistration and release payment quickly after collection.
After an accident the priority is often clarity: is it worth repairing, or should you sell? For many owners in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and surrounding areas a competitive cash offer that includes free towing and handled paperwork can be the faster, lower-risk route. Sell Your Damaged Car buys vehicles in any condition - accident-damaged, written-off, flood or fire affected, non-running and salvage - and provides a streamlined online valuation and fast payment.
Offers reflect vehicle make/model/year, the extent and type of damage, market demand for parts and salvage, and administrative factors such as whether a vehicle is under finance or registered. Offers are transparent and based on those inputs rather than a single catch-all promise.
| Damage Type | Typical Impact on Offer | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Structural/Frame Damage | High negative impact | Affects repair cost and resale; often classed as written-off by insurers. |
| Mechanical Failure (non-running) | Moderate to high impact | Depends on parts availability and labour required in SA. |
| Cosmetic/Exterior Damage | Low to moderate impact | Panels and trim are usually salvageable; parts demand matters. |
| Flood or Fire Damage | High negative impact | Electrical and structural issues can be extensive; specialist buyers evaluate carefully. |
If you want a quick sense of market options, start with a simple online submission: upload images and vehicle details to get a transparent appraisal. For a seamless submission experience across South Africa, use our homepage Get your free quote form. For owners of non-running vehicles, our Sell Non-Running Car page explains the specialised valuation factors for stalled or immobilised vehicles: Sell Non-Running Car.
We combine a nationwide salvage network, demand-based pricing for parts, and fast logistics to produce competitive cash offers. Key inclusions that protect value and convenience for sellers include free towing across South Africa, handled paperwork (including deregistration support), and fast payment on completion. Our approach prioritises transparency so you can compare offers without hidden fees.
1. Upload vehicle details and clear photos through the online form. 2. Receive a competitive cash offer based on condition and market demand. 3. Accept the offer, we arrange free towing and complete the admin. 4. The vehicle is collected and payment is released quickly after verification.
We assist with the administrative steps commonly required in South Africa, including deregistration support and transfer documentation. If a vehicle is still under finance, settlement must be arranged with the lender: we work with sellers to ensure paperwork is correctly handled so payment and transfer proceed without unnecessary delays. For an overview of our process and how we manage admin, see our About page: How it works.
After you accept, we confirm a collection date for free towing. Our team completes the necessary paperwork at collection - including verification and deregistration assistance where applicable - and issues payment promptly once collection and verification are complete. This approach reduces the logistics burden on owners and small business fleet managers across metros and surrounding regions.
Upload vehicle details now to receive a transparent competitive cash offer. Use the main form to Get your free quote or, if the car won’t start, head to the dedicated page to Sell Damaged Cars. When you’re ready to move, click the homepage link to Upload vehicle details and confirm collection.
Choose a buyer who offers clear, itemised valuations, nationwide collection and documented payment terms. Avoid offers that require upfront payments or obscure fees. For fleet owners, bundle submissions to simplify admin and reduce downtime. Keep in mind that offers may vary by region and salvage demand, and comparisons help identify the most competitive, transparent option.
Need a tow? We got you
Get a cash offer within 24h!
Somewhere remote? No problem!
Wondering how we calculate your car’s value? At Sell Your Damaged Car, we look at: Your car’s real condition, its salvage value, and the current market demand. It’s all about honesty, transparency, and fairness — that’s how we determine your offer.
