Sell your accident-damaged vehicle in South Africa with free nationwide towing, paperwork support and fast payment. Upload details for a competitive cash offer today.
Any Condition Accepted
We buy accident-damaged and non-running vehicles across South Africa.
Free Nationwide Towing
Collection arranged from Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and surrounding regions.
Paperwork & Fast Payment
We handle transfer/deregistration support and release payment after collection.
If your car has been written off, damaged in an accident or won’t run, a specialised accident-damaged vehicle selling service in South Africa helps you avoid repair uncertainty, towing headaches and lengthy private sales. We offer a simple online valuation, free towing, and fast payment - nationwide.
We purchase accident-damaged vehicles in any condition: repairable, written-off, flood-affected, fire-damaged, mechanically failed or non-running. Owners in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and surrounding areas use a selling service to save time and avoid the uncertainty and costs of repairs or private sale logistics.
The online process is designed to be quick and transparent. Submit basic vehicle details and photos, receive an obligation-free cash offer, accept if it suits you, then we arrange collection and complete admin. For a clear explanation of steps and service scope, see our About / How it works page.
Typical timeline: Submit details (under 3 minutes), receive offer within hours, schedule free towing within 24-72 hours of acceptance, payment released after vehicle collection and paperwork checks. Exact timing varies by location and vehicle condition.
| Damage Type | How it affects offers |
|---|---|
| Major structural/rollover | Higher impact on offer due to salvage/repair complexity and safety concerns |
| Engine or drivetrain failure | Offers depend on parts demand and repair feasibility |
| Fire or flood damage | Significant effect; many insurers or salvage buyers treat these as total losses |
| Cosmetic and minor structural | Lower impact - may fetch better competitive cash offers for repairable cars |
For specific guidance on non-running vehicles, including examples for owners with cars that won’t start, see our Sell Non-Running Car page.
Once you accept the competitive cash offer, we arrange vehicle collection and complete paperwork. Paperwork support typically includes transfer of ownership documents, assistance with deregistration where required, and verification of identity and title. If your vehicle is under finance, we guide the settlement process with the lender so transfer can proceed legally and safely.
Prepare clear photos (multiple angles including damage close-ups), have service records or keys available, and be honest about write-offs or accident history. Removing personal items and ensuring the vehicle is accessible for towing will speed collection. Small, cost-effective preparations can improve clarity for valuers and sometimes increase offers.
Example: a mid-range sedan with front-end accident damage and a running engine might attract a different market response than a non-running vehicle with structural damage. Offers reflect local salvage demand, parts values and condition; estimated outcomes vary across regions like Gauteng versus the Western Cape. All monetary examples are illustrative and actual offers are based on vehicle data and inspection.
Get started by uploading vehicle details and photos to receive a tailored offer. If you want to quickly access the valuation form and book collection, use the main site to Get your free quote or Upload vehicle details.
We provide clear, obligation-free offers based on condition and market factors, handle admin including deregistration support, and collect vehicles nationwide. Our process reduces logistics and paperwork burden for private owners and small fleet operators.

Somewhere remote? No problem!
Wondering how we calculate your car’s value? At Sell Your Damaged Car, we look at: Your car’s real condition, its salvage value, and the current market demand. It’s all about honesty, transparency, and fairness — that’s how we determine your offer.
